Vote Obama 2008 is Back!

Dear Readers,

Vote Obama 2008 blog is back after a long break!

Basically we stopped posting updates several months ago when there seemed to be nothing new in the campaigns to post.

We wanted to ressurect our old blog before the caucuses / primaries had started, but had forgotten our password and the answer to our secret question. However, now with a stroke of luck, we have recovered our old account information. So now we are back!

So watch out for new posts soon!

The NEWS IS WRONG: Hillary Did NOT Win Fundraising Race

Yes Hillary Clinton has indeed got $26 million bucks. Thats what the news says. That part is correct.

What they DO NOT say is that Hillary got most of her money in $4600 slices, or $2300 for primaries and $2300 for general election. This is because she has opted out of receiving federal funds for the general election, which legally allows her to raise money for both the primaries and the general election.

So who REALLY won the fundraising race? Barack Obama did.

Barack Obama has raised 20 million bucks FOR THE PRIMARIES ALONE. Obama has not yet decided whether or not to accept federal funds for the general election. Which means he is currently limited to $2300 per donor. Which means more people are giving him money that they are giving Clinton.

I'm sure Hillary's camp knows this hidden detail that the news outlets have failed to mention. I'm sure they are shaking in their boots or high heels.

Analysts expected Hillary to raise 30-35 million bucks. She didn't make that cut. Analysts expected Obama to raise 15-20 million bucks. He already got 20 million bucks.

So it is very clear that Mr. Barack Obama is rising at an extraordinary rate, and the look on Hillary's face when he finally overtakes her will be really really priceless!

Hillary Clinton Drops Out of the Race

In one of the most shocking news of the 2008 presidential campaigns, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, has just announced in a press conference a few minutes ago, that she is dropping out of the race.

For a woman with so much ambition and drive, this must have been a very difficult decision to make.

At first she would not specify the reasons for dropping out, simply saying they were "personal." But after repeated questions from reporters...Hillary Clinton, the iron-willed woman, broke down.

"I've had enough! It's too much! I worked so hard for this!!! I became a senator for 6 years...just so I can have this chance! And now...some some....inexperienced upstart from nowhere is gaining on me! My staff tell me he will overtake my lead in 2 months! 2 months!" Senator Clinton blurted out.

"Not only that...my husband...if I can even call him that, is back to his stupid old tricks again. I have begged him to keep to keep..."Bill Junior" under control at least until after the elections! But no! Last night..he...he...and one of MY interns, they....." Mrs. Clinton was unable to finish that sentence. But it clearly appears that good old Bill is back to putting his "cigar" where it doesn't belong. This is a huge embarrassment for Senator Clinton. It is rumored that this is what really prompted her decision to quit rather than Mr. Obama's rising popularity.

When asked to comment on this shocking news Mr. Obama was conciliatory. "I feel for Senator Clinton. A presidential campaign is not for everyone. And I don't believe it was my gaining on her at the polls that caused her to quit. No, she got more guts than that. I believe its all because of what Bill is doing, sticking his pecker all over the place...embarrassing his wife instead of supporting her." Mr. Obama said.

Asked if he will consider Hillary as his Vice President, he said "Senator Clinton will make an excellent Vice President. My people are already in contact with her people regarding this issue. I have also asked my people to refer her to a very good divorce attorney. Once Bill is out of her life, I'm sure she will become an excellent vice president for me."

Meanwhile Hillary's camp has remained silent to the press regarding this generous offer from former rival Barack Obama. When pressed about it, they simply said "Look guys, it's been a stressful day. And for crying out loud it's Sunday, April 1st. Can't you guys wait till Monday April 2nd to bug us about this stuff?"

Hillary's Problem with Women -- They Can't Stand Her

As you might already know, Hillary Clinton’s polling numbers are tumbling.

But thats OLD news. It's been tumbling for a while.

Here's the shocker: Hillary is faring POORLY with the FEMALE electorate. Thats right. Just because she's a woman does not mean she automatically gets the women's vote. I mean, why would other women want to vote for a cold 'biatch' for president? Todays women would LOVE to see a woman president, but she has to be the right woman. And that woman is NOT HILLARY.

According to the recent Rasmussen poll, 43% of women say they will not vote for Hillary. And the latest poll by John Zogby reported an almost identical number – 42% of women would not vote for Hillary Clinton under any circumstances.

Hillary Clinton's lack of support from her own gender is further underscored by the now famous bootleg 1984 Apple ad spoof. Who throws the hammer at Hillary's face in that video? Is it a big burly man? NO. It's a young, athletic, sexy blond woman. Exactly the kind of demographic that Hillary so desperately needs support from, but cannot get.

Chatrooms and forums from one end of the internet to the other are buzzing with women who cannot stand Hillary. The mere thought of Hillary as president makes them want to puke.

One woman wrote, “I, as a woman, would love to see a woman president, but am willing to wait for the right one.” Hillary is often referred to as "the Horrible" or simply “that cold [rhymes with witch]”

It's not just her own gender that is giving Hillary a big headache. Her own party doesn't exactly have solid support for her. Many Democrats can’t stand the idea of Hillary as president, ever! The Zogby poll found that among likely Democratic voters, a surprising 18% stated they “would never cast a vote in Clinton’s favor.” That's right, NEVER! This is because Hillary is the most divisive figure in the Democratic Party.

Hillary Clinton’s problem are deeper than her screeching voice and all-around cold b*tch attitude. Hillary’s problem with women is her attitude towards women. She looks down on other women. This is why women do not like her. She is condescending, she assumes she is better than all women. She believes she should be queen. But her coronation plans are becoming unglued.

As smart as she thinks she is, many women can see through her facade as it it was made of glass. Most women sense a vile, master manipulator, greedy with ambition, behind the Hillary's very fake velvet curtain.

And that is why this biatch will never win the election.

1984 Hillary Big Sister Video Creator Unmasked

The greatest mystery of the week has been solved. After massive media attention, it was only a matter of time before ParkRidge 47--the anonymous creator of the now famous video--would be unmasked.

His creation has been hailed as the first shot in the bow, of an election battle that will be fought and won on the internet.

Philip de Vellis, a strategist with Blue State Digital, the firm that designed Obama's offical campaign site, admitted he is the creator of the 1984 Hillary Big Sister video.

De Vellis has resigned from the firm to protect it from any fallout. Personally, I don't think he should have resigned. He created the video of his own accord, on his own free time, using his personal equipment--which he said is simply regular Apple equipment. It was a personal project. Why should he resign?

The Obama campaign released a statement Wednesday about this news "The Obama campaign or its employees had no knowledge and had nothing to do with the creation of the ad. We were notified this evening by a vendor of ours, Blue State Digital, that an employee of the company had been involved in the making of this ad. Blue State Digital has separated ties with this individual and we have been assured he did no work on our campaign's account."

However, I think his ad showed ingenuity, brilliance and strategic thinking. I say Barack Obama should hire this guy as part of his personal campaign staff. Make him Manager of Digital Campaigns. He got the skill, the talent, and the sharp strategic mind. He can wipe Hillary's arse on the floor of the information superhighway.

"This ad was not the first citizen ad, and it will not be the last,'' he wrote. "The game has changed.'' And indeed it has. De Vellis a.k.a. ParkRidge 47 started the beginning of a new style of 21st century campaign. Many videos will come after this. But he was the first who made it big. 1.5 million viewers and growing in Youtube. This will be the first truly 21st century campaign. Many battles will be waged and fought online. And it looks like Barack Obama, is on top. In Youtube, the pro-Obama video is lightyears ahead in viewership compared to the pro-Hillary video. And in Myspace, Obama simply leaves the others in the dust. He's got the most "friends."
